Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 April 2026
ClearPath is designed with privacy as a core principle. This policy explains what data we collect (very little), how it's stored (on your device), and what happens when you make a payment.
1. Data We Do NOT Collect
ClearPath is a static website. We do not operate a backend server, database, or user account system. This means:
- We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal information through the site itself.
- We do not track your browsing behaviour with analytics tools.
- We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
- We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties.
2. Local Storage (Your Tracker Data)
The ClearPath Daily Tracker stores all your entries using your browser's localStorage. This data:
- Is stored entirely on your device and never leaves it.
- Is not accessible to us, other users, or any server.
- Is not backed up — if you clear your browser data, your entries are permanently deleted.
- Can be exported by you at any time as a CSV or JSON file.
We recommend regularly exporting your data for backup purposes.
3. Payments (Stripe)
If you make a donation or purchase a Routine Calibration, you will be redirected to Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. When this happens:
- Your payment details (card number, billing address) are handled entirely by Stripe and are never transmitted to or stored by ClearPath.
- Stripe may collect information as described in their privacy policy.
- We receive confirmation of payment and your email address (for delivery of Routine Calibration plans) but not your full payment details.
4. Consultation / Routine Calibration Service
If you purchase a Routine Calibration, you will be asked to provide health-related information through an intake form (symptoms, products, diet, lifestyle). This information:
- Is used solely to prepare your personalised plan.
- Is not shared with any third party.
- Is stored securely and deleted within 90 days of plan delivery unless you request otherwise.
5. Hosting
ClearPath is hosted on Netlify. Netlify may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) as part of their infrastructure. See Netlify's privacy policy for details.
6. Third-Party Fonts
We use Google Fonts to load typefaces. Google may collect anonymised usage data when fonts are loaded. See Google's privacy policy for details.
7. Children's Privacy
ClearPath is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
8. Your Rights
Since we don't collect personal data through the site, there is generally nothing to request deletion of. If you have purchased a Routine Calibration and wish to have your intake form data deleted, contact us through the consultation form and we will delete it within 7 days.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy if our data practices change (for example, if we add analytics or a user account system in the future). Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
10. Contact
For privacy-related questions, reach out through the consultation page on the main site.
